The Corporation comprises a number of categories of members including external members, staff and student members and the Principal.
The Corporation is required to consider the advice of its Search Committee before appointing any person as an external member. The Corporation has approved rules specifying the way in which the Search Committee is to be conducted and these are set out in the attached document. The terms of reference of the Search Committee are also displayed here.
From 2008 the advice of the Search Committee to the Corporation on any future appointments of external members will be posted on the College website. Excluded from publication will be any confidential material.
