It has been a hectic few weeks in the marketing department with a trip to Orlando for a conference, our first open evening of the year the release of our 2008/2009 Full Time Course Programme and another conference in Coventry where we picked up a national marketing award for our collaboration with Charlton Athletic.
The Orlando conference was attended by over 850 colleges from the USA, Canada, UK, Russia and India. Whilst there the college picked up an award for leadership and management. The Americans are very keen on talking about Gen Y, Gen X and Baby Boomers so look out for these terms to be dropped into a conversation soon!
Our Open Evening for School Leavers on 15 November was well attended with over 200 visitors. If you missed the event don’t worry as we are holding another one on Tuesday 29 January. Visit our events page for more details.

We have recently returned from a succesful trip to Coventry for the annual marketing conference for colleges. At the gala dinner we were awarded with an award for our collaboration on the ‘Heading for Success’ course with Charlton Athletic. Read more about the course and award here.
