New Year, New Centre

2008 has got off to a busy and exciting start with the opening of our new centre in Eltham and the results of the first student survey of the year.

We have been planning the Eltham Centre for over two years so to see it up and running is very rewarding. Not only are there fantastic teaching facilities but the leisure and library facilities are first class.

We produced a newsletter which was distributed to 27,000 local households in December to introduce them to the college and promote the courses we are running there. The response so far has been very positive.

We run two student surveys throughout the year in order to receive feedback from students about the service they receive from us. The first survey ran in November and over 1300 students participated. Everyone who enters the survey is entered into a draw to win a bike, ipod or gift vouchers so it is worth the effort!

The survey results showed that 94% of our students would recommend us which is great news for us in marketing as word of mouth is the most effective tool we have.

The next survey will be held in the Spring so we will publish the results to those on the site as well.
