London Leisure College students, Kent Ridgeon and Katie-Marie Hardaker were selected to travel with the Tag Rugby Development Trust to Uganda.
This is the 4th year London Leisure College (LLC) have teamed up with the charity and the 1st year they are travelling to Uganda.
The students will work in primary schools and orphanages in Jinja and Entebbe, delivering a program of tag rugby over two weeks. They have spent all year fundraising for the trip raising £2400. This in itself is a fantastic achievement making their African experience all the more
special.
If you are intersted in Sport and Leisure or Travel and Tourism you can enrol for London Leisure College Courses on Wednesday 2nd September, from 10am to 6pm at the Eltham Centre, 2 Archery Road, Eltham, London SE9 1HA. Telephone 020 8921 3434.
