The Tudor Barn Creative Arts Festival will run from 24th to 26th June 2011. The Festival aims to celebrate and promote the growth of creative talent in South East London.
Once again GCC is one of the key creative partners and will curate a pavilion on Moat Island during the Festival.
The Festival starts on Friday evening with a Fashion show presented by our fashion students in the Tudor Barn. On Saturday and Sunday the Pavilions on Moat Island will be open from 11am to 5pm. There will be other activities taking place through out Well Hall Pleasaunce.
On Sunday a performance area will also be open outside the Tudor Barn with events scheduled to run from noon to 5 pm. Thre will also be a dedicated children’s area running a number of child friendly events.
The festival ends on Sunday evening with a piano recital from the acclaimed Russian pianist Evgeny Samoyloff in the Tudor Barn.
At present there are a number of opportunities for local artists and creatives to display or demonstrate their work and become involved in the Festival. If you are interested in getting involved please click here
