Andy Hewett, the Green Party Parliamentary candidate for Greenwich and Woolwich visited the Plumstead Centre to meet with Principal Geoff Pine and colleagues.
During the visit, Mr Hewett was given an overview of GCC and discussed the current challenges facing the college and Further Education sector as a whole.
The visit was part of a series of meetings with local candidates.
